ORDERING :
You can order the goods by our ordering cart in our website.
If you feel you can explain us the quality, color and other details of the goods needed, we can surely ship to you the best. But if you do not find this way is comfortable, you can ask us for samples. We shall ship you the samples and you can approve the one you like. We have a part of that same lot over here. Then we can match the goods according to the samples apporved by you and ship them to you.
You can send us the samples of goods you need. We shall satisfy your order with the exact kind of goods matching to your samples.

PAYMENT TERMS :
For fancy cutting gems : 50% of the total order amount on order confirmation and rest 50% before delivery.
For regular cut gems : 100% before delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS :
We accept payments by T.T. and D.D. International cheques are welcome. But normally it takes 45-60 days for clearance. We shall proceed only after realizing the complete payment in our account.

GOODS RETURN POLICY :
We assure you that the goods shall match your requirement. But, in case, we deliver wrong goods to you by mistake. We shall exchange the goods or return the complete payment back. We allow 1 week after delivery time to inspect the goods and report your complaints.

SHIPPING :
We normally ship by FEDEX, DHL, TNT, EMS, BRINKS ETC. You can specify your mode of transportation with your order, we shall respect it.
